Procedure Performed: August 2022
I would have rated all the criteria as excellent, but I was told I had to pay over $700 dollars as my insurance did not cover since I hadn’t met my deductible even though I inquired with my insurance beforehand and was told I only owe my co-pay. So, I paid the money and now I have to go through the process of getting a refund since my insurance did pay all but my copay.
